Common questions
Can you work with the cameras already installed?
Often, yes. If the existing cameras are IP-based and in reasonable condition, they can frequently be brought onto a new recorder rather than replaced. We'll tell you honestly when equipment is old enough that keeping it costs more than replacing it.
How long is footage kept?
Whatever you need it to be — retention is a storage decision, not a fixed limit. We'll size it against how far back you realistically need to look and show you the cost difference between options before you decide.
