VoIP and cloud PBX
No on-site phone hardware to maintain, no box in a closet to fail, and extensions that work from anywhere with an internet connection. Adding a person is a change in a portal, not a site visit.
- Extensions that work in the office, at home, or on a mobile
- Add or remove users without an engineer attending
- Auto attendant, hunt groups, and hold music configured to suit
- Calls keep running if the office loses power
On-premises PBX
Cloud isn't right for everyone. Sites with unreliable internet, specific regulatory requirements, or heavy existing investment in handsets can be better served by a system that lives on site. We'll say so when that's the case rather than pushing a subscription.
- On-site systems where connectivity or compliance calls for it
- Existing handsets kept where they're still fit for purpose
- Hybrid setups that keep local calling alive if the line drops
SIP trunking
SIP trunks replace traditional phone lines, usually at lower cost and with far more flexibility. Number porting means you keep the number your customers already have.
- Keep your existing numbers when you move
- Add or drop call capacity as the business changes
- Typically cheaper than the copper lines being retired
Call routing and voicemail
This is where a phone system either helps or annoys. Where should a call go at 7pm? What happens when the first person doesn't pick up? Should a voicemail land in someone's email? We set that up around how your business runs, then adjust it once you've lived with it.
- Different routing for open hours, after hours, and holidays
- Ring groups so a call doesn't die on one unanswered desk
- Voicemail delivered to email as audio and text
- Call records showing what was missed and when
What we installWe deliver hosted voice on GoTo Connect, paired with Yealink IP handsets — a combination that covers most businesses well and that we support day to day rather than handing you a support number. Where another platform or handset suits you better, or where you already have equipment worth keeping, we work with that too.
Common questions
Can we keep our phone number?
Yes. Numbers are ported across, and we schedule the cutover so there's no window where calls go unanswered.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Calls can be set to fail over automatically to mobiles or another number, so customers still reach someone. That's configured up front rather than dealt with on the day.
